Hand embroidery, spangles and beading on linen. Inspired by Elizabethan and Jacobean embroideries and motifs. Some of the motifs include the leopard, sun, moon, clouds, strawberries and a rainbow. The piece was completely hand embroidered over a period of one month. The piece comes in a gold vintage frame which has some age related marks, there are small screw holes in the back of the frame where it has previously been hung using mirror plates, as well as a hook as displayed in the pictures.
